Audits, trials, and estimates

Free audits and trial offers are provided as described at the time of booking and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Revenue, savings, and time estimates on this site are illustrative and depend on your business — they are not guarantees of results.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and have the authority to share the business data you give us.
• Review and approve customer-facing output before it is sent, where an approval step is part of your deployment.
• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws, including messaging and marketing consent rules for your customers.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, and our service materials are our property. Your business data remains yours; deliverables created for your business are governed by your service agreement.
